Together, we’ve created a challenge to help you establish healthy habits, from exercise and nutrition to recovery. It includes Inbody diagnostic measurements, clear goals, and a training plan, all provided free within your membership. A healthy lifestyle should be part of everyday life – let us be your partner on this journey!

Join Challenge 2025: Clever Fit – Your Start and Journey!

  • It’s time to start! -> Visit one of the Clever Fit clubs and sign up for the program.
  • Initial Measurement! -> Schedule a free InBody measurement and set your goals.
  • Don’t give up! -> Progress week by week according to the plan.
  • Motivate others! -> Share your activities and progress on social media—tag your club @cleverkarolina and use the hashtag #healthywithcleverfit.
  • Experience change! -> After 4 weeks, you’ll not only see progress but also receive a tailored training plan to keep going!

Step 1: START

Week 1

  • Achieve 7,000 steps daily.
  • Prepare lunch for 2 days a week to keep your meals under control.
  • Join 1 group fitness class of your choice at Karolina 2 studio.
  • Complete 1 treadmill routine called "Weight Loss Routine" – set it for 30 minutes.
  • Complete the MIND UNWIND stretching routine from our app.
  • Enjoy 1 active recovery day – options include sauna, cold therapy, or a walk outdoors.

Week 2

  • Achieve 8,000 steps daily.
  • Prepare lunch for 2 days a week.
  • Join 1 group fitness class at Karolina 2 studio.
  • Complete 1 Vario routine called "Full-Body Routine" – set it for 35 minutes.
  • Try the CORE STABILITY routine from our app.
  • Avoid caffeine after 5 PM to improve sleep quality.
  • Take 1 active recovery day (e.g., sauna, cold therapy, or a walk).
  • Turn off social media by 7 PM and enjoy time with loved ones, a book, or try meditation or yoga.

Week 3

  • Achieve 9,000 steps daily.
  • Prepare lunch for 3 days a week.
  • Join 1 group fitness class at Karolina 2 studio.
  • Complete 1 staircase routine called "Full-Body Routine" – set it for 30 minutes.
  • Try the LIFT AND BUILD routine from our app.
  • Take 1 active recovery day.
  • Turn off social media by 7:00 PM and dedicate time to reading, meditation, or quality moments with someone close.
  • Cut your sugar intake in half—examples:
    • Reduce from 2 liters of cola to 1 liter (or switch to sugar-free).
    • Eat 1 cookie instead of 2.

Week 4

  • Achieve 10,000 steps daily.
  • Prepare lunch for 3 days a week.
  • Join 1 group fitness class at Karolina 2 studio.
  • Complete 1 bike routine called "Endurance Routine" – set it for 40 minutes.
  • Watch and complete a workout led by a Clever Fit trainer on our Instagram.
  • Take 1 active recovery day.
  • Turn off social media by 7:00 PM and dedicate time to reading, meditation, or quality moments with someone close.
  • Plan for 8 hours of sleep and aim for a consistent bedtime.
  • Continue reducing sugar intake—examples:
    • Drink 1 liter of sweetened beverages instead of 2.
    • Use half a teaspoon of sugar in your coffee or try it unsweetened.

Step 2: JOURNEY – More Details After Completing Step 1

  • Free InBody measurement – track your results after completing the challenge.
  • Free 3-month personalized training plan based on your goals.

Step 3: GOAL / SUSTAINABILITY – More Details After Completing Steps 1 and 2 (START, JOURNEY)

  • Free participation in upcoming educational events and support from the Clever Fit team.
